
Prof. Dr. Daniel Rodgers
Daniel Rodgers is the Henry Charles Lea Professor of History at Princeton. He earned his Ph.D. in history from Yale University. Dr. Rodgers has held fellowships from the NEH, the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences, and the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.
Daniel Rodgers is the Henry Charles Lea Professor of History at Princeton. He earned his Ph.D. in history from Yale University. Dr. Rodgers has held fellowships from the NEH, the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences, and the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. He has been a Fulbright lecturer in Germany and Japan and the Pitt Professor of American History and Institutions at Cambridge University. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. Prof. Rodgers’s publications include Atlantic Crossings: Social Politics in a Progressive Age (Cambridge, 1998), and most recently Age of Fracture (Cambridge, 2011), a wide-ranging history of social argument and ideas during the last quarter of the 20th century.
